We are looking for an experienced professional to implement, customize, and extend the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) platform to meet the unique needs of Hendrix Genetics.
In this role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements, designing and implementing solutions using D365 CE and related technologies. You will also be responsible for customizing the system, integrating it with other tools, and optimizing workflows to improve efficiency and ease daily operations. You will provide user support and training to ensure smooth adoption.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to take the lead on key initiatives that go beyond one-time implementations. Our projects function as evolving products, requiring continuous improvement and innovation to meet business needs over time.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes.
- Design, configure, and implement solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and related technologies such as Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Customize entities, forms, views, workflows, and business processes within D365 CE to align with stakeholders needs.
- Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations to extend the functionality of D365 CE.
- Manage data migrations and integrations with third-party systems to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders and architects throughout the implementation process.
- Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure successful deployments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials for end-users.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features, updates, and best practices.
- Ensure technology choices align with architectural requirements and business goals.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 CE
- Strong knowledge of D365 CE customization, configuration, and development capabilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Solid experience with web services and APIs (REST, SOAP) and integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication
