Mission
Business Application specialists analyze, design, configure, and support applications that improve efficiency and align with business goals. They translate requirements into technical specifications, map processes, assess impacts, and ensure integration, testing, and documentation. They review new features, collaborate closely with business, and understand processes, drivers, IT architecture, and HG standards. Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills are essential, with a strong focus to D365 F&O administration and configuration.
This position can be located in Boxmeer (NL) or in Ploufragan (FR).
Responsibilities
- Configure and administer D365 F&O across multiple modules (AP, AR, Procurement, Inventory, etc.), including setting up new companies and legal entities
- Design and implement integrations between D365 F&O and external systems, ensuring data consistency and security.
- Develop new solutions and enhancements to meet evolving business requirements, including workflows, reports, and automation.
- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful solution delivery.
- Lead system upgrades, testing, and deployments, maintaining documentation and ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide advanced support for finance and operations users.
- Ensure governance and standardization by enforcing best practices, security policies, and alignment with enterprise architecture.
- Manage procurement processes within D365 F&O, including category setup, vendor management, and compliance with organizational policies.
Profile
Education:
- Information Technology
Degree or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience providing finance systems administration, configuration and support
- Minimum 2 years database
SQL programming or data management
Must have:
- D365 F&O administration experience
- Knowledge on Finance processes (P2P, O2C, etc.)
- Knowledge of system integration
- Highly analytical and ability to solve problems
- English level: fluent
Good to have:
- D365 CRM system administration
- Finance background
- Mtech support experience
