About the Role

As a Sales Administration Support Specialist, you will assist your Internal Sales colleagues in ensuring smooth and efficient sales processes. You’ll work closely with the Internal Sales Coordinators, customers, governmental institutions and logistics partners to manage orders, maintain accurate records, and provide top-notch administrative support.

 

Key Responsibilities

·       Entering, validating and tracking orders from entry to after sales in our ERP system MTech

·       Verifying commercial terms

·       Coordinate logistics with production teams to ensure timely delivery to customers

·       Liaising between Sales, Accounting, Production and Logistics during the whole process

·       Organizing shipments, issuing customers invoices

·       Handle customer inquiries, track credit notes and provide support on order status and documentation (payments, reminders etc.)

·       Keeping customer files and price databases up to date

·       Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts

·       Work together with the (Internal) Sales Team on administrative tasks and participate in Sales follow-ups and planning meetings

Profile

Your Profile

·       Detail-oriented, accurate, proactive, and a flexible team player

·       Good organizational skills, with good ability to manage priorities

·       Proficient in MS Office (mainly Excel, Outlook & Word) and ERP systems (preferably MTech)

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English, French is an advantage. Focus on customer support

·       MBO/HBO level education in Administration, Commerce or related field / relevant working experience

·       Experience in and/or affinity with Sales Support or Administrative roles
