Mission

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer of Layers & Broilers and the Chief Executive Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the Global Broilers Business Unit in its decision-making processes.

As a true partner to senior management, you ensure the reliability of financial data, reports, budgets, and forecasts while providing critical analysis of performance. You identify opportunities for improvement, propose concrete actions, and support their implementation to optimize the business’s financial and operational results.

In an international and growing environment, you will also contribute to the business’s expansion into new countries (acquisitions, joint ventures, new investments), which will involve regular interaction with multicultural teams and travel abroad.

To this end, your responsibilities will include the following:

Financial Performance Management

  • Ensure the production of reliable, accurate, and relevant monthly financial reports for Broilers management, the Finance Department, and the Group;
  • Analyze financial and operational performance to identify opportunities for value creation;
  • Formulate and implement recommendations aimed at improving EBIT, operating cash flow, and working capital requirements;
  • Ensure compliance with the Group’s financial policies and local regulations;
  • Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the efficiency of financial processes.

Budget, Forecasting, and Strategic Planning

  • Coordinate the annual budgeting process and forecasting exercises;
  • Ensure alignment between the company’s strategic objectives and financial projections;
  • Evaluate capital expenditure (CAPEX) requests, analyze their profitability, and help prioritize them;
  • Contribute to the development of the business unit’s medium- and long-term development plans.

Business Partner to Senior Management

  • Act as a true financial co-pilot for the management teams;
  • Assist managers in defining and implementing strategic objectives;
  • Support business and operational decision-making (pricing, cost optimization, investments, new projects);
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations;
  • Participate in the analysis of strategic initiatives and ad hoc studies related to business development.

Management and Leadership of the Finance Team

  • Supervise and support the Business Unit’s financial controllers;
  • Develop the team’s skills and promote best financial practices;
  • Ensure the quality of communication between local finance teams, the Business Unit, and the Group;
  • Build and maintain an effective organization that meets the needs of local entities while ensuring the consistency of global reporting.

Transformation and Continuous Improvement

  • Actively participate in operational excellence and financial transformation projects;
  • Contribute to the development of management tools and systems (Power BI, D365, MTech, etc.);
  • Harmonize and standardize financial processes on an international scale;
  • Promote the automation and digitization of financial management practices.

Profile

Education 

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Management Accounting, Accounting, or equivalent; 
  • A professional certification in finance/accounting (CPA, Certified Public Accountant, or equivalent) is a plus. 

Experience 

  • At least 5 years of significant experience in management accounting, finance, or performance management; 
  • Experience in an international and matrix-based environment is preferred; 
  • Experience managing finance teams; Comfortable interacting with operational departments and high-level stakeholders. 
  • French is a plus
