Responsibilities
- Creating the marketing and communications strategy (mid-term and long term) that will be the framework of all activities and initiatives
- Developing customer and competitor intelligence in order to use this market information to enhance product positionin and segmentation
- Field sales enablement, demand generation and awareness through outbound marketing messages and campaigns

Accomplish a strategic and consistent representation of Hendrix Genetics Swine in every channel with effective content and visual design
Develop sales tools and collaterals
In close collaboration with Global customer services, product management, sales and R&D work on product strategy, market approach, product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met and that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals
Working together with key stakeholders, develop pricing and distribution strategy for added value pricing.
Leading role in implementation and user adoption of CRM
Profil
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
Experience: Minimum 5 years B2B marketing
and communications experience in an international organization in related industry
(agri, feed, food, ..)
Knowledge needed:
- Thorough understanding of products, customer needs and requirements, industry trends, etc, etc.,
- Commercial / Business acumen: has an in-depth understanding of the business underlying financials

Proficient in Excel, CRM tools and very comfortable working with different software systems (pricing/quotation)
Fluency in English language
