Mission

Your Role 

As General Manager of our Indonesian entity and with the support of your team, you will be responsible for implementing the Group’s strategy, overseeing local operations, and ensuring the company meets its financial and operational objectives. You will also be directly responsible for the business development in Indonesia and in the Philippines. 

Responsibilities 

  • Execute the company's strategic vision and goals in collaboration with the Area Director.
  • Visit existing clients (~40% of your time), implement Key Account Management and Value Selling good practices.
  • Have a strong focus on acquiring new clients.
  • Monitor operational and production performance, ensuring efficiency and target achievement.
  • Work with finance and production to develop budgets, forecasts, and cost management strategies.
  • Lead investment and expansion projects.
  • Encourage innovation and competitiveness in the markets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and public stakeholders.
  • Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement.
  • Ensure effective talent attraction, retention, and succession planning with the HR teams.
  • Report on company performance and contribute to strategic decisions.

Profil

Your Profile 

  • Master’s degree in Sales, Poultry Science, or Agriculture 
  • 5+ years’ experience in poultry and/or business, ideally with a management responsibility 
  • Proven track record in P&L management and business development 
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills 
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities 
  • Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
