Purpose of the Job
Drive sales growth and customer engagement in South Europe, Middle East, and Africa by leading the regional sales team, building long-term customer partnerships, and implementing a focused marketing strategy. Strengthen our market position through key account management, enhanced service quality, and the development of new business opportunities.

Key Account & Sales Approach: Develop and implement a structured approach for managing key accounts and driving sales growth.

Customer Visits: Organize regular visits to key customers, collaborating with area managers and sales teams from other BUs to ensure strong customer relationships.

Pricing Strategy: Implement and manage regional pricing strategies within the framework established by the BU management team.

Market Exploration: Work with global sales forces to identify and explore new market opportunities in the region.

Customer & Technical Support: Define and implement customer service and technical support strategies that align with customer expectations.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales and technical support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Sales & Planning Coordination: Work closely with internal sales and planning teams to ensure alignment between what is sold and what is produced.
Profile
Your Profile:

Education: International Sales and Marketing Master’s/Bachelor’s degree.

Experience:
-
Over 5 years of experience in sales creation and development within the agricultural sector.

Over 5 years of experience in leading and motivating a sales organization.

Skills & Knowledge:

Expertise in B2B sales.

Strong marketing analysis skills and experience using CRM tools, customer, and market data.

Fluency in English is required.
