Mission

As the Regional Sales Manager for the BU Layers, you will be responsible for driving the sales organization in the South Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions. Your role will involve leading a team of area managers, defining sales priorities, and ensuring the implementation of the overall business strategy. You will develop long-term partnerships with key customers and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to strengthen our market position.

Purpose of the Job

Drive sales growth and customer engagement in South Europe, Middle East, and Africa by leading the regional sales team, building long-term customer partnerships, and implementing a focused marketing strategy. Strengthen our market position through key account management, enhanced service quality, and the development of new business opportunities.


  • Key Accountabilities

    • Key Account & Sales Approach: Develop and implement a structured approach for managing key accounts and driving sales growth.

    • Customer Visits: Organize regular visits to key customers, collaborating with area managers and sales teams from other BUs to ensure strong customer relationships.

    • Pricing Strategy: Implement and manage regional pricing strategies within the framework established by the BU management team.

    • Market Exploration: Work with global sales forces to identify and explore new market opportunities in the region.

    • Customer & Technical Support: Define and implement customer service and technical support strategies that align with customer expectations.

    • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales and technical support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

    • Sales & Planning Coordination: Work closely with internal sales and planning teams to ensure alignment between what is sold and what is produced.

  • Profil

    Your Profile:

    • Education: International Sales and Marketing Master’s/Bachelor’s degree.

    • Experience:

      • Over 5 years of experience in sales creation and development within the agricultural sector.

      • Over 5 years of experience in leading and motivating a sales organization.

    • Skills & Knowledge:

      • Expertise in B2B sales.

      • Strong marketing analysis skills and experience using CRM tools, customer, and market data.

      • Fluency in English is required.
